Work across denominational lines
The future calls for a broad coalition centered on shared Christian conviction and the mission of Jesus—not the distinctions that keep capable leaders apart.
About NLA
Next Leadership Association was created to serve, encourage, and equip people leading contemporary Christian organizations—often beyond traditional denominational structures.
Who we are
In a culture where self-promotion often gets the microphone, NLA was born from a simpler desire: serve the people already carrying responsibility, taking risks, and building meaningful ministry.
We provide coaching, contemporary ministerial credentials, and a relational home for leadership-gifted people. Our posture is practical, encouraging, and accountable. We believe leaders are strengthened by who they run with—not only by what they know.

The future calls for a broad coalition centered on shared Christian conviction and the mission of Jesus—not the distinctions that keep capable leaders apart.
NLA offers historic Christian common ground without requiring leaders to pretend they agree with every detail of a narrower denominational statement.
Emerging leaders often serve at the intersection of cultural and generational shifts. They need trusted people with whom they can think, learn, and run.
NLA affirms the priesthood of all believers and the leadership gifts of both women and men serving the Church and the world.
Credentialing organizations should exist to equip and encourage ministers—not the other way around. Our first question is always: How can we help?
Our common ground
NLA is interdenominational. The Apostles’ Creed gives us a shared center broad enough for collaboration and clear enough for accountability.
