NLA uses a broad, New Testament understanding of ministry while recognizing that different roles call for different forms of credential.
The team works with each applicant to identify the most credible fit. In either case, credentialing is more than a document: it is voluntary fellowship with like-minded ministers and leaders.
For pastoral and sacerdotal ministry.
Often the better fit for pastors and leaders regularly preaching, teaching, or performing ceremonies. NLA’s current guideline calls for two years of ministry experience.

NLA does not offer instant ordination. The goal is a credible, relational process that can typically be completed within 30 days after a complete application is submitted.
